I heard that information too! But you can also decide to cook your meat differently. For example, I've heard that overheating fats makes the meat shrink and makes it lose its nutritional property.
Also, but I'm not sure on that one, is it true that using teflon cooking pans can cause cancer in the long run? A friend of mine told me this last week and after a little research she appears to be right. Do you know about this?
