Grilling and cancer: how to reduce your risk


I learned recently that grilled meats may promote colon cancer risk. It's hard to give up such good food. Especially since it's such an easy way to eat in the summer.

For this reason I was excited to learn certain marinades and side dishes can help reduce the risk.

In fact eating some Watermelon after a meal does a lot of good. And even beer may help - although I don't drink any alcohol.
