Re: ARL vs Trace Elements Inc.
I'm making progress using ARL. I started with them 5 years ago and had a lot more wrong with me than I thought at the time! High copper on the first test made me think that was my problem. However, lots of other things needed to be addressed. Once I began doing
coffee enemas over 2 years into the program, things picked up.
parasites began to come out. I never had a clue I had them, but I have had quite an infestation. Phosphorous on the tests indicates digestive fire, and mine stayed low for the first few years. Finally, it reached the ideal # on the test I did April 2014. I just retested the end of August, and it is low again, but my practitioner thinks it's a retracing. Dr. Larry Wilson explains that concept, www.drlwilson.com.
NB is complex, but I recommend that people do the program (all aspects), be patient, and they will see success. It's slow, but disease builds up slowly for most of us. Layers need to be unwound.
