No it kind of evolved. Liver-Flush did not work for my cholesterol, for some people it does, so I ended up on the cholesterol forum.
My base for 2 years was Andreas Moritz forum based on Ayurveda, vegetarian (Andreas). colon + kidney cleanse, but no supplements.
From there new forums and looking up what other posters wrote about.
