Candida related Seborrheic Dermatitis
Just wanted to give a quick update around a month or so ago i realized I had candida. All of the symptoms: Athletes foot, mouth thrush,
Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face, head and ears, Dandruff, systemic unbearable itching .... list goes on and on. Came to this site and found some great protocols and insights.
Basic protocol i am using:
Lugols Iodine-Worked up to 100mgs
All the brownstien co-supplements
Vit. D3-Loaded 50,000 mgs for 24 days then down to 5-10000
Washed face and hair with baking soda for 3 weeks.
Drank baking soda in the evenings to help keep me out of acidity.
Took cream of tartar for about 10 days. Ran right thru me, couldn't keep it up.
Diet, gave up all gluten, my daughter has celiacs so it wasn't hard. Had issues when traveling for work. Probably had some cross contamination but pretty sure no direct contamination. Had a couple of drinks here and their. Stuck to only vodka and mineral water or plain water. Did not give up caffeine.
Over all my itching stopped pretty quickly, I'd say about a week after getting all full protocol going.
Attached pic of the
Psoriasis progress.
Mouth thrush is better.
Been gargling every night with lugols.
My overall health feels great. I have been losing some weight 7-8
lbs. But nothing has changed with diet other than gluten. My wife and I always tried to eat paleo. I strongly believe the weight loss is due to the Iodine.
Bottom line i have success with the
Seborrheic Dermatitis , don't know if one thing is contributing but its working, doubt that this thing can be beaten with a single bullet.
A month ago I had a permanent red dot on my forehead that's gone now and my uncontrollable itching is also gone. I think this is going to take some time but as long as I feel good and able to enjoy life Ill just stay the course. So whatever works. Take or leave it.
