I know....it's an old post. Buy I am here to say I take jcrows 5% after I was taking Iodoral 50mg and I am still alive.
Followed the Iodine cleanse some years back and have been taking it ever since.
I take two to four vert drops in clean water daily. Along with some necessary supps.
Doesn't taste bad. For I know how it helps me to control my goiter.
