Re: Is Lugol's Iodine Safe For Oral Consumption? Keep hearing conflicting views, who is right?

J. Crows Iodine is high quality, and recommended by the Iodine Doctors. They have been prescribing it for years to their patients, also the identical formula in iodoral capsules.

There is a lot of BAD information on the internet about iodine. The only possible problem you might have is an allergic reaction or a possible detox symptoms because Iodine does force the toxins bromide & fluoride into the bloodstream.

Be certain you take ALL the co-supplements required by Dr. Brownstein, especially SELENIUM, iodine without selenium can damage the thyroid.
