I think I am pretty confident it was definitely a healing crisis of some kind. Last 2 days I felt like I had the flu in a big way. The mucus would not stop coming out of me.

Today it's 90 percent stopped. I've never had a flu come on that hard and stop that quickly.

I even feel old knee injuries hurting again? This is all so strange.......
