Thanks for sharing your story and the tips! I am going to try some oil pulling today. I have some virgin coconut oil in my cupboard.

I noticed this morning when I woke up, my ear tubes felt itchy all the way down to the bottom of my throat. As I mentioned in my post, I've had a chronic ear and sinus infection since my last exposure to mold last year. Antibiotics /antifungals didn't even make a dent in it.

So it is really interesting to see after 3 weeks of Iodine all the things I'm feeling throughout my body. Hopefully my ears and sinuses are clearing themselves out and healing. Those two things really have taken away the quality of life for me and I'd be so happy if that cleared up.

My family all just thinks I'm sick with the flu and it's a "bug" going around but I'm pretty confident it's a healing crisis. Iodine is a great mucus buster from what I've read.

Sounds like it's really clearing up your lungs for you which is great!
