Severe leaky gut. Allergic to most foods. Seeking advice

Hi guys,
I am a 35 year old female and have severe leaky gut syndrome. I have become allergic to most foods and supplements. I need advice on how to heal myself when I can't take the foods / supplements necessary to heal. My food reaction causes severe muscle pain in my back and throughout my body. It results in constant pain and muscle spasms. I also have chronic hives. I had parasites (the cause) and they are gone. I do not have a candida issue. I have autoimmune activity but not a specific autoimmune disease. I have been to over 20 doctors. They have never been able to help me.

Here is my food situation:
I am on a 5 day basic rotation diet
Everything I eat is organic, grass fed, pasture raised, made by me.
I do not eat wheat, corn, soy, sugar, yeast
The only grain I eat is rice
I cannot eat fermented foods. I used to. I am allergic to them now.

I have been tested for food allergies several times. The most recent was 8 months ago and I was allergic to over 50 foods (they tested for 200). My food allergies became much worse when I was pregnant. I am now breastfeeding so supplementation is dicey. I used to take glutamine but I have stopped due to bf'ing.
The supplements I do take are:
Vitamin c, zyrtek, colostrum, multiple probiotics and turmeric. I used to take e, glutamine, diatomaceous earth, b complex, cod liver oil and krill fish oil. I've tried dozens of others. I react to most.
Thank you.
MK
