Hi Krunya3 - I would suggest that you lower your intake of animal protein. Even if it's organic, meat causes a lot of problems for the body. Before I became a vegan/started flushing my liver, I was eating a lot of organic animal protein and it caused major problems for me. After 4 years as a vegan/flushing out my liver, I feel great. If you don't feel well enough to start flushing, you could reduce your meat intake first and see how you feel. It looks like the rest of your diet is fine. I personally don't take any supplements, but that's just my preference.
