Re: My Earthing Experience so Far

Hi, I'm new to earthing and am doing my research. I want to make a earthing mat to put under my feet but im not quite clear on how to do this, test it with a multimeter. I've watched the videos and I plan to give it a try, even though I'm a little nervous about electrical shock ( I've been reading the nay-sayers sites to lol). Where should I start as a newbie? And is there a step by step guide to test my body readings with a multimeter? Thanks :-) Tweet
