thanks for your responses. i made it through the first day. i was really hungry at times but i made it through by drinking lemonade everytime i got cravings. i also took another cayenne pill at dinner time and it didnt make me feel sick this time. actually it gave me a nice warm feeling in my tummy like i just had a bowl of soup so i think i will keep taking those.
when i made my lemonade i mixed 1 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup maple syrup in a gallon of water and drank the whole thing. i used 1/4 cup maple instead of the 1 cup it calls for in the book because it seemed like a lot of calories and i am trying to lose weight while i detox. i also took some phyllium capsules, drank the lax tea and took a multi-vitamin. does all this sound okay to those of you who have done this and know about it? i would greatly appriciate any imput.
