Can We Know Now?

To me the baptism of the Holy Spirit can be associated with spiritual gifts but that is only secondary to the internal spiritual re-birth that takes place during the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I think that some people can delude themselves into believing they have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, but for people who actually do receive the real baptism of the Holy Spirit, you know it without a doubt, there is no mistaking it.
