Someone should make kits with a bottle of Lugols and all the cosupplements in a blister pack for each day.
I think one of the turn offs is how overwhelming it is... take this, but it has to be taken with this, this and this... but take this and that at separate times.. and if THIS happens... it's because of x, y and z. So then you want to take THAT to help.
It makes your head spin.
I had my bottle forever and still haven't taken the plunge. I wanted to get the cosupps in my body for a while and get a little more healthier first. As Trapper would say, I'm afraid of the "spanking" I might get.
I WAS gonna start today, but I was up late last night because the "tooth fairy" had to come... but she couldn't find the damn tooth and spent 3 hours looking for a lost tooth in the dark... so i slept in and forgot... and then I ate an ice cream bar and a grilled hard salami and cheese sandwich . So, I guess I have to wait til my stomach empties or wait til tomorrow to start. It's time... now or never lol
