I'm currently taking 5,000 IU of D3 daily, 125 mg magnesium taurate per day (sometimes I double the dosage if I feel constipated or during my period). I decided to get the Vitamin K from grass fed butter and ghee.
Isn't SSKI what Lugols solution is? Last time, I orally ingested it and I didn't take selenium. Now I'm taking 100 mcg selenium daily and painting with Iodine (I'm still somewhat afraid to drink it xD)
