At this forum you will find several cases of severe detox of taking (too) low dosages of iodine; turned in to success when they took enough.

What is your detox symptoms?

(From my own detox (took 3 months) I did too much in one go, my body couldnt cope with it all. The clay and carcoal may cause stomach problems / rumbling, unease, constipation; did with me.)
