We don't have health food stores in Egypt. The salt that we have is only purified white salt. The Sea Salt here causes kidney damage, I don't know why maybe because of the toxic waste!!
I can get anything that is sold on iherb, but I had taken 6.25mg Iodine for 10 days and I got very sick. I took all the supplements that I usually take (Mag, Selenium, Molyb, Zinc, Vitamin A, C).
Every time I read about high doses of Iodine I get discourage, especially that Dr. Andy Cutler adviced against it, and he's a great chemist with a PhD.
I don't know, it's very confusing.
