Back To Square One, Disappointed

I've read and re-read the posts on this Forum and am so much more clear on this horrible parasitic invasion than every before, but I'm still completely disappointed and unsure of where to go next.

Stool sample (2nd take): Negative
*This despite putting in liver flukes, questionable slimy objects and white sesame seed like eggs.

Blood Test (Strongyloides): Negative
*This despite constant scratch marks/tears in skin with questionable looking white larvae coming out, bruises, rashes that come and go, pain, feeling internal movement and seeing very visible track marks.

And - I'm pretty sure there is a worm in my second toe, which hurts when I walk on it. And, yes, I felt something moving around in my bum last night, and this wasn't the first time.

It's not just "sensations" as the good doctor justifies. I also feel buzzing and vibrating in the body and this is usually accompanied by a new rash.

I also pull dead larvae like things from my clothing all the time.

I am not crazy. I just don't know where to go next.

BTW - These tests were done by what is supposed to be the top specialist - UCLA Infectious Diseases.

I am beside myself. I know something is wrong with me. I don't know what to do and where to go next.

I will take any advice at this point.
