Interesting list. I've found that, as I've tried to control carbs in the last couple years, they are becoming permanently unappealing. Ice cream in particular. I can still go for fruit-sweetened yogurt but ice creams are just disgustingly sweet now to my palate.
When I said I still have some carb cravings in my other post it was for: breads, dark chocolates, candies and fruit juices to a limited degree. For some reason, I started finding potatoes unappealing even longer ago, even though I used to eat them. When I had hair mineral testing about a year ago, my potassium was very high and my sodium low. Even though I feel like I never eat enough fruits and vegetables...certainly not the recommended amounts. So my current theory is that my body started avoiding potatoes because they are so high in potassium, not because of their carbs.
