Thanks for the advice!

I already drink a lot of water. And I'm just now started back on sea salt after not taking it for over a year.

I know KI and Na won't cause serious or any damage to my body. But at the time I was taking Lugols I had serious hyperhydrosis become even more serious. And the only way to stop sweating like I was was to salt load.

But that only worked about 40% of the time. And I sweat like no one I know. From the palms to my feet to everywhere in between. It was unbearable. Insomnia was another issue but the sweating was the major one.
