Re: Food allergies and adrenal fatigue

Thanks glaxony!

I'm like that normally. The Zyrtec is the first pharma drug I've used in at least 10 years. So I know about the herx that accompanies going from sickness and getting back to health.

But what I noticed with Lugols is that it is a very complex protocol. Even the most experienced at the time(3-4yrs ago) didn't seem to have a clear guideline on how much to consume and mostly went by how they felt. Some would do 10mg others 100mg and up. And I made sure to take the co-factors and did salt flushes regularly especially when it made my sweating unbearable. But it was too complicated for me most of the time. And maybe due to how much I rushed it, it was more negative than positive after a while.
