The doctor said its because I have a fibroid tumor and its pressed up against the back and during monthly cycles they grow and get aggravated and what I'm feeling is the movement in my colon pushing on the fibroid tissue. I had no idea about that either... so thats another scan coming up. I didnt think it was even possible to get them at 34 :/
