The non parasite connection?
I'm hoping someone who knows the human body better than I do can help me put this puzzle together.
I'm having a hard time finding info.
To my amazement, I'm feeling a lot better after that measly dose of albenza that I took Monday night. I started feeling better yesterday (Thursday)and my chest had less activity, I guess the meds just needed time to work.
Something is bugging me though and I can't figure out why.
The 2 main areas where I feel movement is my chest, mostly on the left side and sometimes center... and what I'm assuming is my colon. I feel it at all times of the day, but it's mostly troubling and more active at night. Last night was no exception. Although I have a drastic decrease in the amount of movement and strength, it's still there.
When I went to bed last night, I was laying there and I felt a twitch (short, quick movement like a slap, but weaker than usual) in my colon area... then I would feel it in my center chest (sternum area) and back and forth and then both places at the same time that lasted for about 5 seconds. That continued on for a bit until I fell asleep. I never felt that before where it would "flare up" in both places at the exact same time like it's being caused by the same thing, if that makes sense.
What I can't seem to figure out is, other than the obvious, what would cause both areas to flare up at the same time? Besides the possibility of having something there in both areas being active at the same time... or one huge worm that reaches from my chest to my colon that was flipping out (highly unlikely, considering the length of the intestines alone... but the imagination goes wild sometimes lol) but the feeling was more of like a pain/discomfort type of feeling.
Whatever it was, it was caused by the same thing. Is there a nerve or blood vessel or something that runs from top to bottom that could be inflamed? Has anyone else had this happen?
It's so hard to describe, but if you can imagine like a shockwave that starts in your sternum and goes all the way through your body - down through stomach and intestines and into your colon. I seriously do not believe it's one huge worm, that was the best way I could describe it though... But maybe it's some kind of nerve damage?
