Ascorbic (Vitamin ‘C’) is a powerful deterrent and cure for all virus of which there are hundreds if you count plant virus. All ‘C’ is more potent when bioflavanoides and enzymes from raw fruits and vegetables are part of our diet. All virus are easily prevented and cured. Some virus act more virulently than others and take stronger measures to prevent and cure. Bacteria are more resistant to ‘C’, but ‘C’ is still the answer, Just more of it.

Antibiotics cause more problems than they prevent or cure and a disaster for the digestive system.

A balanced vitamin/mineral regimen is vital, given the lack of nutrition in foods from the supermarket and the excess toxic sugars, and junk foods consumed.

One of the side effects of a vitamin regimen is in losing that hunger attack that is telling us we are missing certain nutrients, not calories.
