A wheel is a wheel is a wheel, you can paint it any colour you want, you can make it out of anything that works, you can even tie pretty bows on it to make it look as fancy as you like...but it's still a wheel! At $400 I'll give it a miss as my wheel, and I dare say everyone else's wheel, works just fine.
