Healthy people probably don't need to do enemas since they don't have any health issues to begin with but people with candida overgrowth, for example, benefit from doing them. I just did my first few enemas (water and nystatin) and I had a lot of white strings (candida) coming out with my BM. I have never done coffee enemas though; and I probably won't need to do them since I'm targeting candida colonies and not liver flukes or any other parasites. I'll be done with enemas once I get rid of the extra candida in my body.
