Okay thank you for your comment. May i ask why you the right side first?

I've read that you should stay on the left side because of a vein that connects to the liver and then other people say to stay on only the right side because that's where the liver is?

I use 3 teaspoons of coffee and use around 3 cups sometimes more of water. I do one coffee enema retain for 15-20 mins then do another one. Sometimes i do up to 4 in a row...
