Which are always at their height right before my period. I was so good about eating "right", (little or no fast food, balanced meals, lean-meats, raw veggies, whole grains), and then fell off the wagon about 8 months ago. Now I cannot fight my urges for chips, dips, and all sorts of "bad" snacks. They've gone from rare indulgences to my normal meals... and right before my period my craving for these foods is at their worst.
I thought I was going to try this cleanse last spring, but kept putting it off. Yesterday, I reached my breaking point. I had to rid my body of this curse.
So I reread the "book" and got myself ready to fast, period or not, just because I don't want to end my monthly visit ten pounds heavier!
