i'm getting ready to start the cleanse tomorrow, and will also be getting my period shortly. my question is about the cramping that i always get - will it be ok for me to take ibuprofen as usual, or will that mess things up? arg, i'm cringing now just thinking about the possibility of suffering w/out my handy meds... ack!
