i get those same feeling... i get upper left chest pain and sometimes that throat pain and lower gastric pain. they did a endoscopy on me and found bleeding legions. they said the legions were esophagal/gastric varices but i think they were legions from parasites. what you are describing is simple parasite movement they move up and down through our stomach which is on the left side of the body. you could try a broad spectrum dewormer right after eating. thats what i would do, i would eat and wait 30 min for the stomach acid to clear then the worms would come down to eat. Then i would take a antiparasitic to kill whatever is down in the stomach. then during a bowel movement i could identify the specie of worm. Mine are roundworms and there could be some protozoa too IDK. Scattering happens when we have no gut immune system and worms and parasites just travel away from the gut unregulated. They just do what they want, go where they want because there isnt anything to stop them from moving all over the place. you should definitely try some dewormers though... i have been through ivermectin(harsh as hell) pyrantel p, humaworm ect....
