Re: Swollen Foot Gone - DAY 2 Fasting

Archus.., if u are Pita based pracruti then u can easily add more raw vegetables than say vata or kapha based ones !!

I am myself kapha based one with something from Pita (now it is like plus 10 ony outside and my kapha dosha is CRAVING for some WARMTH :/ :D )...

Anyhow I am Glad u know ayurveda (I guess on this stage of my life more than me) and it is good to talk to a person on the 'same language' :)

I guess we need to talk More about Ayurvedic ways here on CZ coz it makes soo much sense to me !! There are a few bits I do not agree upon in Ayurveda (based on my Present knowledge if it) is that fruits should be eaten like in some hours after lunch coz they care considered as 'cold' foods... First of all, fruits should be ALWAYS eaten Separately from other foods coz when they are combined together they make other foods get Rotten.. thus the Best time to hae them is Morning..

For u being Pita based I guess it is not an issue coz u have Enough fire in ur stomach to digest but for me being Kapha based :/... so I just decided to eat then in Pita time from 10-2 (at 10 or 11 a.m) let them to digest like for at least 2 h and then have my lunch. :p

Also Ayurvda doesnt consider much right combining of foods and citing just a few..

Anyhow....

CONGRATULATIONS upon day 8 and being PITA type coz for pita ppl is Not that easy to deprive themselved from food unlike us (me) !! :D ;)
