They missed them by me too even when I was having black dots in my stool which could have been parasite eggs.

Keep in mind a colonoscopy isn't looking in your liver where parasites can go and also before the procedure people could be put on some things that flush out your colon which can also cause these things to move elsewhere.

It may be possible to find something but it may depend on some factors.
