I need to slow down my murderous rampage before I kill myself here. I am suspecting my lungs are infected because i feel stuff in my throat now and have chest pain on and off.. so I took some fenbenzadole earlier and had the most horrible stabbing pain on the left side of my chest that took my breath away and made me very dizzy. I almost went to the er, but i don't even know what I'd tell them. So i didnt go. I felt better after a shower. It was very scary though. I think I need to do this under medical supervision or in a hospital. I have to wait 10 more days until i can see GI and I am very confident they will discover whatever this is if they do a colonoscopy... they'd almost HAVE to see it... then we can take the next step. I think what i have going on is beyond self help now. I'm so screwed. I'm not coughing blood and its been like 4 hours so i dont think any major organs have been punctured, but holy christ... I don't want to do this again.

With dosage, the rule of thumb is to always start small, then go higher according to how much your system can tolerate. That way you don't do damage to your system. Check for proper dosage

Oregano is about 3 drops in tblspoon coconut oil. or in half cup water... check dosage online.
