When we were treating for pinworms, we would see white specks in our BMs. Albenza didn't really work that well for us though.. after a dose, we'd maybe see A speck or 2.. but after 1 dose of Pyrantel, we'd see OMG like a dozen or so. It reminded me of specks of uncooked white rice. So far these have been gone for a week and a half... so I'm hoping the pinworms are gone for good. We had no idea we even had them until my daughter got sick and i saw 3 lives ones in her poop.
