A person can eventually lower their dose of Iodine or iodide, but Iodine must continually be taken for life.

It is as essential as water and air and salt.

People can cure themselves of dehydration by drinking water. But, we are NEVER done with replacing that.

Iodine is required by every cell in the human body. Our body does not MAKE iodine, so we must take it for the rest of our lives. Tweet
