What then is the Real and True Gospel of Jesus?

Rainy, this is my exact issue with people who rely own their own reason and logic in discerning the scriptures. Because you can find one scripture that you feel proves your point, then that makes it correct? This is the error of the logic and reasoning of man. The word reason is used in the Bible, but that doesn't prove to me that man should rely on his own reasoning and logic. There is a big difference between divine reasoning and the faulty reasoning of man.

In Mark 2:8, when Jesus forgives a man of his sins, he felt that the scribes were reasoning in their hearts and he says that how can a man forgive sins, only God can forgive sins:

"and immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them. Why reason ye these things in your hearts?"

Doesn't it kind of make sense that they would doubt someone forgiving sins. Imagine it was you, you were a person that studied the scriptures, you were a logical rational person and now here comes this man Jesus and he says to someone, your sins are forgiven. If you can only think with your logical and rational mind, you will never be able to accept this. It goes against everything that the scriptures tell you. The only way that you can understand the actions of Jesus is if you open your heart and accept that he is the Son of God, then you can understand how he could say to someone that their sins are forgiven.

When Jesus lived on this earth, the people didn't have access to all these scriptures that we have access to now. As far as they could perceive with logic and reason, he was just a man. The people that believed in Him did so because they opened their hearts to Him and felt in the innermost part of their soul that yes He is the Son of God. You either believed or you didn't. Now if Paul or others went and preached the Gospel, could they use logic and reason in the scriptures to make their case? Sure they can do so, but why do they do it this way? And why does even Jesus and God use logic and reasoning? Because they understand that humans live at such a low level of understanding that all we can do is use our own logic and reasoning. So they come down to our level of human logic and reasoning to communicate with us so that we can start to open our hearts to God. But if we solely depend on logic and reasoning, without asking God for understanding without pondering the scriptures in our hearts, we never understand anything. Logic and reason is one of the greatest tools of humans in our lowly state of existence. But compared to the power of the Holy Spirit and the Grace of Christ, it is absolutely nothing. Logic and reason in the hands of a human will lead to bondage, suffering and confusion. The light of Christ alone leads to salvation.

People can use the scriptures with their own reasoning and logic to prove just about any point that they want to, as long as they start with their own biased opinion that they believe is correct due to their inaccurate (or possibly accurate) logic and reason. This is the exact reason that we end up with so many different fractions of Christianity because man in his great pride thinks he can understand the things of God with his own feeble mind. And now this man, thinks he is going to come along, and with his great logic and reason, he is going to tell us the 'real' Gospel of Christ? I don't think so, sorry, not for me.

Even the greatest mind that is extremely rational and logical can never perceive or understand one iota of the teachings of Jesus, only when a the person opens their heart, that is when he can start to understand the Gospel of Jesus. In fact, I have noticed that the more logical and rational a person is, the more unlikely it is that they will accept the Gospel of Jesus into their lives. I'm not saying you have to be stupid to accept the Gospel, but I am saying that you have to be humble of heart and many times the intellectuals, like the rich are filled with their own human matters so much that there is no room for the Lord.
