600mg Biltricide - all at once or split it up?

I am infected with a few things. It started with pinworms and that treatment seemed to have stirred up everything else. I'm passing very large roundworms that are thought to be Ascaris (see my "i pooped out a snake" post in the parasite forum.) and a Tapeworm that i took to the er the other night and the doctor prescribed me 1 - 600mg of Biltricide.
My stool samples are pending results so i dont know what I have but anyway... how do I make this Biltricide most effective?
Take the whole 600mg dose at once?
Break it up into 4 pieces and give myself a 150mg dose for 4 days?
I think the one day dosing is inefgective but I want whatever will bring the best results.
