Fruit, liver flush, enema


When it comes to fruit, there is one main rule:
Don't eat it, if you can't pick it from your garden.

If you don't have a garden, fruit should be grown on your local farm.
That way you will only be able to eat local, seasonal fruit and berries.

If bananas don't grow in your area, don't eat them, at least, don't eat them every day.
The same goes for all other fruits available. If it is not your local fruit, don't eat it.


When it comes to liver flushes, it is not important if you get green stones, or tan stones or yellow stones or black stones or white stones or no stones. What is important is to keep doing it every 2 weeks.

A series of 10 Liver Flushes done over 6 months time can improve your health the next 1-10 years, so even if you have no immediate reaction to liver flushes, it may help you later by helping you develop helthy microbiota, helping aliviate constipation, helping cure food intolerance.
Developing healthy microbiota may take time, as it takes time to collect and re-establish healthy bacetria in your gut, after you have used Antibiotics or steroids.


You can also drink olive oil drink every morning, on an empty stomach, to slowly cleanse your liver.
Take 2-8 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil with equally much of grapefruit juice, or orange juice or lemon juice or lime or juice of some other fruit available where you live. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.



Enema is a form of colon hydrotherapy that you can easily do at home.
You can do it with enema bag, enema bucket or enema syringe. Google images to see what it looks like.
On the FMT page you have pictures of the rectal syringe, which can be used to do an enema at home.
You should not do an enema every day just "for the fun of it". People have become addicted to enema, after doing it every day for a long time.
