Reg Colon hydrotherapy and Candida diet

Does everyone follow the protocol and do a colon hydrotherapy after every liver flush? If so, can it be done at home?

I did my first flush today, and i'm quite happy to report that there were few grain sized green stones (not too many, but still i'm happy) :)

I'm a patient suffering from EC and Endometriosis. The candida diet I have been following for the past 2 weeks had shown some improvement in my lips, and i really hope this flush too helps in some way.

i have clearly given up on fruits, as suggested in lots of websites. but read that post by Dr. Jeff saying

"The unfortunate side effect of this is that restricting all sugars also robs our body’s cells of the important carbohydrates that they need to function. While too much Sugar can weaken the immune system, so can too little. "

It'd be great if someone who followed this diet can actually tell what is ok to eat. excluding all legumes and fruits from a person's diet, how much healthy it is?
