I tend to agree with nordskoven but do not choose to be as blunt as it's obvious you are in a lot of pain.

One good idea would be to think deeply about the "needs" this relationship is fulfilling for you. If you have chosen to remain in it, you are obviously having something fulfilled..

And I strongly recommend researching 'codependency'. It sounds as if you two may have a bit of that going on.

A time comes when we ultimately must think of our own happiness first.

You are an angelic Being and do not deserve to be treated that way and called horrible names.

Drastric actions seem to be in order. Perhaps he will take healing more seriously when you are gone. And if not, it would serve you best to distance yourself from him so he doesn't take you with him.
