Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H
J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

I was taking 24 drops Lugo's 2% and thought it was 2.5 mg… it's what I've read before. So I was taking more Iodine than I knew. If a drop is 3.1, then x24 = 74 mg instead of 60 like I thought.

I could take 6 Iodoral caplets (12.5 mg).
