Help switching from Lugol's to Iodor...

Hi!
I was taking 12 drops Logol's am and 12 drops pm. I got my first Iodoral bottle and I figured I need to take 5? Is that right?
Do I need to up any co-sup?
Curently taking:
- ATP half a caplet
- 200 mcg Selenium
- 3 mg Tri-Boron
- 4000iu VitD
- 3x 600mg VitC
- 5x 250 mg Magnesium

We generally increase the D3 dosage until the blood test reads 70 to 80ng/ml. Adjust the dosage by 1,000 IU for each 10ng/ml change in blood test.

Increase Vit C until bowel tolerance.
I think your magnesium is higher than the 400mg guidelines.
ATP is recommended at 1 caplet for each 50mg iodine, up to a max of 3 tablets.
In the final analysis, the dosage that makes you feel the best is the right dosage for you.

I want to get to a higher dosage, that is not what I'm asking about. :0)
I want to make sure I converted the drops to caplets right. Is 24 drops of Logol's 2% about the same as 5 caplets of Iodoral 12,5mg? I figured they are both around 60 mg of Iodine but I could be wrong.
I want to titrate up to 100 mg a day for a few months (until I see health improving) and then take 50 mg a day for maintenance.
Magnesium is higher in hope to relieve cramps.

Recommended Iodine

Take Iodine in the morning. If taken in the evening it can disturb sleep
Note: Vertical drops are specified, horizontal drops deliver approx 2 x more mg
* 2% Lugols Iodine = 3.1mg per drop ( Iodine 1.25 mg + Iodide 1. 875 mg )
* 5% Lugols Iodine = 6.25mg per drop ( Iodine 2.5 mg + Iodide 3.75 mg )
- - - or 6.25 mg ( Iodine 2.5 mg + Iodide 3.75 mg ) Tablets Iodizyme-HP™
* Iodoral Tablet = 12.5mg per tablet ( Iodine 5 mg, Iodide 7.5 mg )
* Iodoral Tablet = 50 mg per tablet (Iodine 20 mg, Iodide 30 mg )

This is a reply to # 2,187,251I was taking 24 drops Lugo's 2% and thought it was 2.5 mg… it's what I've read before. So I was taking more Iodine than I knew. If a drop is 3.1, then x24 = 74 mg instead of 60 like I thought.
I could take 6 Iodoral caplets (12.5 mg).
