My first clue that I had a yeast infection of the gut was an extreme amount of belching. Yeast naturally produces carbon dioxide as a product of fermenting sugars and starches. And when you take antifungals a tremendous amount of gas is released from the die off. So belching can occur from both feeding the yeast as well as killing it. To test whether your burping is due to yeast, take one-quarter teaspoonful of pure peppermint oil first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wash it down with 2 sips of water. If you have lots of burping within 2 hours, it is due to yeast and not digestive issues. I know that some people with yeast infection don't burp but do get broated. You mentioned that you do burp a lot and that matches my experience with yeast. Let us know what you find out.
