regarding the NB and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . When you use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement it is recommended to avoid all antioxidants, vitamins, minerals during a day. It depends on your Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol, but you could be able to take your minerals in the evening when you stop with MMS.
It's actually 2 hours before the initial or 2 hours after the final dose.

I am starting with MMS in 2 weeks. But not exactly with MMS. The old version of MMS is very acidic and can badly influece your mineral level in body.
New versions of MMS like CDS or CDH have no problem with acidity. Acidity is the biggest problem of MMS and a root cause why people have massive diarhea or nausea during MMS usage.
