Wow there is so much to take in, you have explained more to me than a doctor ever has in regards to candida or seb derm over the years! But then doctors want customers and to support the big bucks that the pharmaceutical industry rob off of us, they don't want cures!

So do you think i should not continue with the parasite and colon cleanse? or should i do that and then start the Iodine protocol by Dr. Brownstein ? Can i use the mixture of Iodine and Lugols on my face as well as scalp? and can i use it whilst doing the parasite and Colon Cleanse if it's ok to continue that? I wash my hair with a neem organic shampoo paraben and sulfate free, is it ok to use that after i have used the Iodine and Lugols mixture or do i use that after the shampoo? Also how long should i use this mixture before starting the iodine protocol ?

I am aware of fluroide, chloring and bromides toxicity. I have recently brought a toothpaste that is fluoride free and free from many other heavy metals/toxins etc like aluminum. I also have thrown away all make up due to heavy metals and led, i only use an organic healthy ingredient deodrant, same with my lip balms and shower gels!
