is Iodine and iodoral the same? which is it i should be buying to drink or can i use the Lugols 5% solution that i'm using for face and hair? and do i take the the salt water first or iodine?

does it matter in which order i take the ATP cofactors, magneisum, selenuim vit c, b3, zinc etc? i am aware that i have to take magneisum in the PM as well as vit c and ATP cofactors in the AM as well as salt water. What about the selenium AM or PM?
