Yes, I understand that. The more saturated the body is in iodine, the more that is flushed out of the body. But that is not the salt pushing out the iodine.
I have been reading this forum from page 1 and have yet to read that salt is an "antidote" to Iodine until your above post. (I am only 120 pages in though.) Again, the way I understand it, the salt is used to counter effect the bromine toxicity and help the body eliminate the bromine the Iodine loosens up, not the Iodine itself.
