thanks, i found the swelling started very early on though, 6-7 months ago.

It's the area above the adam's apple and under my chin, it feels swollen and tough.

Also I noticed when I take more selenium my hair starts to fall out more. i dropped it completely and the hairloss completely stopped for a few weeks. but then it started and quite a lot was coming out.
