WOW! That is a shocker that I never heard of. It is impossible to be allergic to Iodine because every cell in our body needs it. I suggest doing a skin patch test with Lugols 5% to see if you get a reaction. If you get a reaction, then we have a special non-allergenic Iodine for you.

If you don't get a reaction, then you are allergic to one of the co-supplements. I suggest back-tracking and starting 1 co-supplement each week until you see which one you are reacting to, there are plenty of alternatives to each co-supplement.See this file:
